AI 股$商湯-W.HK 再遭上市前股東$阿里巴巴-SW.HK 旗下淘寶控股集團減持，聯交所披露，阿里巴巴周一（5 日）減持 7000 萬商湯 B 股，每股平均價為 2.1974 元，套現 1.54 億元，阿里巴巴的商湯 B 股權益由 7.11% 降至 6.84%，而整體商湯持股佔比則由 5.5% 降至 5.3%。
阿里巴巴參與商湯 C-1 及 C-2 系列融資，其每股成本價只有約 0.074 美元（折合約 0.576 港元），阿里今次以每股 2.1974 元沽貨，料賬面獲利 2.8 倍。
阿里今次減持後，B 股持股跨越 1% 觸發披露門檻，阿里最新持有 17.74 億股商湯，較 4 月底所披露 20.46 億股減少 2.72 億股，若以期間商湯平均股價 2.42 元推算，商湯已累沽 6.59 億元大貨。
