NIO's battery swap network: This involves the differentiation of Nio's products. Whether it's the second brand Ledao or third-party cooperation, they must develop a second battery swap network, otherwise Nio owners won't accept it.
Nio can currently maintain its differentiation in pure electric vehicles, largely due to this battery swap infrastructure. After investing a certain amount of money, Brother Bin has achieved some strategic goals. Although the return on investment might be relatively low, for those buying Nio cars now, besides good looks, the battery swap network definitely accounts for over 20% of the reasons.
