4、积极引导私有云、民营算力基础设施接入市人工智能公共算力服务平台。 大规模智能算力基础设施不仅是各科技公司训练 AI 大模型的前提，还是实现算力和算法租用的 AIaaS 服务的基础，正逐渐成为 AI 领域竞争的关键要素。云赛智联承接上海超算中心人工智能公共算力服务平台项目，成为上海算力规划最大受益者。
