长期靠高负债盈利的企业要慎重，净资产收益率太低的不投，行业毛利率很低，自由现金流紧紧巴巴的不要投，新兴且热门的行业不要急着投，要等尘埃落定行业稳定或经历一轮高峰低谷后，能算出大概收益率时再投。选择制造业一定要慎重，这一行受科技进步影响、产业转移影响的不要投，等等。
