$蒙牛乳業.HK公布，昨日與經辦人中銀國際及法巴訂立協議，發行本金總額 6.5 億元債券，發行價為本金額 100%，債券年期三年，年息 4.5%，可交換$現代牧業.HK 約 5.68 億股，佔其已發行股本約 7.18%，換股價為每股 1.144 元。蒙牛擬將發行債券所得款項淨額用於為部分現有債務再融資。
蒙牛目前持有現代牧業約 56.36% 股權。
