6 月 5 日，黄石市市场监管综合执法支队对湖北某某咨询有限公司发布的达人探店推广短视频未标识 “广告” 的行为作出了责令改正，并处罚款 1 万元的行政处罚。
湖北某某咨询有限公司是某短视频社交平台授权服务商，通过与相关商户签订互联网广告推广协议后，寻找达人为商家拍摄相关探店短视频，在达人社交平台号附加购物链接后进行发布。黄石市市场监管局表示，下一步，将开展互联网广告专项整治行动，建立健全 “探店” 广告监测制度，完善监测措施，及时发现和依法查处违法广告行为，同时畅通投诉举报渠道，引入社会监督力量，共同规范 “探店” 行为。$美团-W.HK
