1、产量：3 月产量突破 40 万吨，4-5 月继续保持这个水平，涡阳等几个基地改用光伏发电，限电对产量的影响减弱， 全年产量仍有望保持 450 万吨左右水平，扣非吨净利仍保持一定程度提升；
2、与央企合作：央企客户占比超过 20%，今年开始与央企签订长期合作协议，约定加工费和采购量，解决因流程耗时耽误客户提货情况，上半年已经签订 20-30 万吨；
3、智能化进度：今年仍有 200 台左右切割机的采购任务，主要以三维切割机为主，H 型钢等均可以使用，同时上了一些激光剖口机，人工打剖口变为机器，效率有了提高。上了 3-4 台喷漆生产线的涂装机器，原来人工喷漆的厚度不均匀，用机器更加标准，但存在死角喷不上的问题。焊接方面，小件能标准化的产品利用机器人自动化焊接，H 型钢利用自动化生产线焊接。
