😂 Having been used to being trapped in losses, one develops vigilance. I feel it's better here to examine one's own mindset before trading. When the market initially drops, one might buy and add more as it falls further. But as it keeps dropping until finally daring not to add positions, and feeling the urge to sell inside, that moment of anxiety when not selling out—I think that's about when the bottom is reached. I personally tend to reflect retail investor emotions; sometimes when it drops so much, I even want to clear all positions with one click. Like adding positions before market open today, I had to force myself to do it.
