$Circle(CRCL.US) has been oscillating between the low 60s and 66 for several days. The high of 72 reached last week is still hanging overhead. Volume has shrunk to its lowest in ten days; with this sideways consolidation accompanied by shrinking volume, we wait to see which side breaks first.
