A young person in their twenties or thirties, who works in a big city after graduation, pays taxes on time, works from 9 to 5, five days a week, usually abides by the law, doesn't indulge in vices, and after work just scrolls through short videos and plays games. Such a person, in any country in the world, would be considered a model citizen.

Yet in China, they are actually slandered as "lying flat" and are said to be funded and misled by foreign forces.
