Trump just said he actually thought US stocks would fall even more. What does that mean? It's one thing to brag when they were rising, but can you even brag about them falling less now?
And although US stocks haven't fallen much in this round, they've been in a slump for a long time. The Nasdaq has been trending downwards since February.
