- One cup of milk tea ≈ Running 5 kilometers

- One serving of sweet and sour pork ≈ Jogging for 1 hour

- One high-fat takeout meal ≈ All the calories burned from daytime exercise

It's very hard for you to offset junk food with exercise.

② Inflammation, blood lipids, and blood vessels are all caused by diet

- High fat and sugar → Triglycerides and LDL skyrocket

- High salt → Blood pressure rises

- No vegetables → Lack of fiber and potassium, leading to hardened blood vessels

- Refined carbs → Insulin resistance, fatty liver

These cannot be reversed by running or working out; you must change your diet.
