Seriously, whether you're bearish or bullish doesn't affect me at all. I'm just genuinely curious about this behavior; putting myself in that position feels so uncomfortable. You clearly don't trust the company anymore or have any good expectations for its future, so why torture yourself by not getting out? You criticize the company, the industry, the CEO, the products... what good does all that do besides messing with your own head?

It's not like you only lose when you sell; you're already losing at this moment. Whether you sell or not doesn't change the fact that you made a mistake. Since you already have stocks you're more bullish on, just switch directly. Maybe you can even recoup your losses sooner...
