Time is quiet and peaceful
Construction workers climb and work out in the concrete jungle, delivery riders race through the urban rain curtain on their e-bikes, truck drivers pilot their behemoths in cross-border road movies, and sanitation workers enjoy the tranquil starry sky of the entire city before dawn.
Only the wealthy are carrying the burden for us. They have to endure loneliness in the monotonous, climate-controlled first-class cabins, suffer under UV rays on boring private beaches, and risk high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high cholesterol to test food for us at Michelin-starred restaurants.
