$Invesco QQQ Trust(QQQ.US) is either stalling for time, planning to land in 5 days to gain the high ground in public opinion. Or they have actually made contact, but haven't reached an agreement, and Iran won't admit it because admitting it would be too embarrassing. I think it's the third scenario: they have indeed made contact, showing their cards, and if they fail to reach an agreement this time, they will really land.
