Graham warns US allies: Trump has never been so angry

US Republican Senator Graham posted: "I just spoke with US President Donald Trump. Our European allies are unwilling to provide resources to maintain the free flow of the Strait of Hormuz, which benefits Europe far more than the US. I've never heard him so angry in my life. Given the gravity of the matter, I share his sentiment. Our allies arrogantly believe that Iran having nuclear weapons is irrelevant, and that preventing Iran from obtaining them is our military action, not theirs. This statement is simply outrageous. Facts prove that Europe's strategy to curb Iran's nuclear ambitions has completely failed. The insufficient support in maintaining the free flow of the Strait of Hormuz will have consequences that spread to Europe and the US, with far-reaching impacts. I have always considered myself a strong supporter of alliances, but in the face of such a severe test, I can't help but start to question the value of these alliances. I believe I'm not the only senator who feels this way."
