Mining stocks had a small surge today: Sibanye Stillwater directly soared 6%, making someone like me, who has endured sideways movement, held on through declines, and didn't reallocate during the rise, only dare to smile and not dare to make a sound. Those silver and gold mines, PAAS and NEM, are also slowly pushing up, but I still feel that gold and silver lack some staying power.
