Feeling down,

After 2 days, the year-to-date loss is nearly 8%. No money to pay taxes!

Moved further away from the set goal.

Mainland A-shares have no options, basically no loss. Mainly wanted to keep holding key stocks, but a lot of profits have been given back.

Unfortunately, it turned out as predicted $Southern Copper(SCCO.US) had too big a pullback, kept averaging down, options floating loss 8k. Heavily weighted AMD, Microsoft, Amazon are the main sources of loss.

If this situation continues, how to operate, haven't figured it out yet! This is the most urgent question to answer right now, because I still want to make money, don't want to clear everything. If it reaches the profit/loss stop-loss line, which ones to sell, which ones to keep? Does anyone have any good, actionable suggestions, leave a comment below.

Playing zero-day options is better during market open.

Now the market opens too early, the kid recently loves sleeping with me, washing face and brushing teeth is like playing hide-and-seek for half the day, that's how it was yesterday, really need to control my mindset and emotions.

Last night, she wouldn't let me open the blanket, insisted on folding it, she slept on top of the blanket and froze me. Slept with her, woke up and played 2 zero-day options on AMD and Google, chose the wrong direction, both lost.
