In my year of stock trading, I've always wanted to experience everything. Last year, I bought Xiaomi and Meituan, lost some money, and cut my losses. Looking back at those two stocks now, selling them turned out to be incredibly correct 😂. It seems my stock-picking ability and timing were both off, which is both laughable and frustrating.
Since last December, I've been trading US stocks with 20% of my portfolio in the S&P 500, 20% in cash, and the rest playing with Amazon, Google, Apple, Novo Nordisk, etc. I've once again encountered an account crisis. I've been trying to keep myself and everyone else motivated, but today I finally feel a bit overwhelmed. I'm posting a short note to record my thoughts and figure out what to do.
