Professional matters should still be left to professionals to judge. I believe Netflix's acquisition of Warner has its strategic purpose.
Judging from Wall Street sentiment, if the acquisition succeeds, Netflix might fall; if it fails, getting the $2.8 billion compensation could be a positive.
