It's been almost twenty years in Shenzhen, witnessing the changes in Fuyong Subdistrict and the miracle of the Qianhai plot.

When I bought a property in Shenzhen before, I mainly considered my work in aviation logistics, which is inseparable from the airport, so I chose to settle in Fuyong and didn't consider Nanshan, Shenzhen (>_<). Otherwise, my assets would have doubled many times over by now.

          At that time, Nanshan still had the Kingway Brewery, and Xili still had many dirt pits. The houses in Qianhai Bay didn't have enough time for the sea sand to settle, causing the foundation to sink, so I didn't want to buy them even at 4500 yuan per square meter.

          I chose to settle in Fuyong because when I first came to Shenzhen to develop, I rented a place in Xiashiwei, Fuyong. It was close to the airport, making travel convenient for my logistics company. Previously, the largest supermarket in Fuyong was Meilian Supermarket, a 500-square-meter store. Taking the free shuttle bus to the supermarket was a firm choice for weekend outings to buy daily necessities.

          Yesterday, I visited the newly opened Mixc Muji store, and my wife liked some ceramic bowls. I came today to place an order and pick them up. Walking around, I felt the popularity and decoration have already integrated Fuyong into Shenzhen's large-scale shopping mall consumption model. I hope Fuyong Street continues to progress, and I hope Shenzhen serves as a good vanguard among domestic cities.
