Likes ReceivedAlas, the stock market crash is destroying everything together, Amazon's earnings report also bombed, and I'm about to suffer five straight days of heavy losses. I'm heavily invested in Microsoft, Oracle, and Broadcom... my account is literally bleeding, losing 10% just tonight 😭😭😭
Luckily, I sensed the crisis earlier and shifted my positions toward large-cap stocks. If I were still playing meme stocks like CRWV and IREN, my account might have been halved by now. The current market is practically a one-sided massacre for small caps...
I lost hundreds of thousands in the U.S. stock market, staying up all night staring at the charts. After working hard for half a year and barely scraping together some meager profits, everything was wiped out in just one week—even ending up in the red. Had I known, I might as well have stuck with the A-share market.
I put 50,000 in the A-share market, using a low-buy-high-sell strategy with preset limit orders, and then left it alone. Even after the recent pullback, I still have 10,000 in profits. The key is making money without the stress.
I'm fully invested now, so there's not much room for further action. I'll just wait patiently for a rebound. From now on, I'll apply the A-share approach to my U.S. stock trading—less watching, less action, preset limit orders, and letting things run their course. If the price isn't right, so be it.
I can't even be bothered to check the comment section anymore—no mood. Nowadays, it's just a bunch of deeply trapped retail investors commiserating. What good insights could they possibly share? It's all ghost stories. Though I'm mentally strong, seeing too much of it inevitably irritates me, so I just blocked it all.
As the saying goes, stay optimistic—it's not reality, it's a choice. I'm going into deep hibernation now. See you around, Longbridge buddies. 😂
