AI will replace some software, and I think this is certain. AI will replace those software that only provide simple services, replace those suppliers that only provide simple clicks, organization, and administrative management services.

However, the services provided by leading companies are difficult to replace. The moat of these companies is essentially about credit issues, cross-company and cross-industry integration, communication, coordination, and legal issues, and even includes various post-maintenance updates of the platform, solving the problems of cost-effectiveness and professionalism for enterprises.

Agents obviously cannot provide the above services and can only be embedded in the platform to optimize the platform's efficiency. If enterprises develop platforms with the help of AI, maintain them themselves, and take responsibility themselves, this is even more unrealistic because the purpose of enterprises is simple: to improve efficiency. Now, they need to find people specifically to do these things, which is clearly a thankless task. 🤔

Of course, this may just be my limited thinking. I welcome experts with different opinions to enlighten me. 🤔
