$Tesla(TSLA.US) I've been observing the weekly options chain these two days, and currently, the difficulty for intraday short-term trading has increased significantly. It's not advisable to trade short-term out-of-the-money options.
On one hand, there might be more frequent 'garbage time' where the market grinds, and secondly, the reversals after 3 PM could be more aggressive.
Try making small predictions to practice your market sense.
The pre-market might rally, but I still lean towards the opening moving within the 417-419 range. However, it's best not to chase shorts—wait patiently for a stabilizing V after a couple of grinding sessions (mid-to-late session).
If there's no V before 3 PM, try opening a Wednesday 450 call.
For recent short calls, it's best not to hold overnight—don't be greedy, exit at the target level.
