$Netflix(NFLX.US)

Why buy Netflix? Simple, be greedy when others are fearful.

The recent drop in Netflix is mainly due to two reasons:

1. Netflix acquired Warner, an $80 billion gamble, the price is too high; some interpret it as growth anxiety, the growth premium is gone, so some funds are leaving;

2. Last quarter's earnings didn't provide guidance, and the market wasn't happy either. The company replaced the original basic package with an ad-supported package, but the ad system wasn't ready, and revenue hasn't scaled up.

But at this point, these don't really matter anymore.

Two simple questions:

1. Do people still watch shows?

2. Is it no longer the Netflix that was the king of shows?

I don't have any doubts about these two questions.

Can't buy at the lowest point, but with this risk-reward ratio, I'm going in first, everyone else can do as they please.
