There may be a global stock market crash next year, of course many people won't believe it, but having differing views is a good thing.

I only believe what Buffett said - the first rule of investment is to preserve capital. Opportunities are endless, so focus on surviving. Therefore, I've decided to exit before April next year, keeping plenty of cash ready for the big crash.

Some say: "What if you miss out?" That depends on personal perspective. Global assets are already at high levels - how much could you really miss? Money can't be fully earned, but it can be completely lost.
