Please participate in the Tesla 2025 Annual General Meeting vote

Tesla's 2025 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on November 6, 2025 (Thursday) at 1:00 PM Pacific Time (5:00 AM Beijing Time on Friday, November 7)!

This shareholders meeting will vote on several key proposals, mainly focusing on corporate governance and future strategies, including the following:

  1. Approval of Musk's Performance Incentive Plan: This is a high-profile "betting" agreement where Musk's compensation will be directly tied to Tesla's market cap growth and operational milestones. If all targets are met, his total compensation could be substantial (potentially worth trillions of dollars), but it would also increase his voting control over the company. Musk himself stated that this is about whether he can maintain sufficient influence in Tesla's future.
  2. Approval of the Amended and Restated 2019 Equity Incentive Plan: Aims to increase stock reserves to address talent competition, especially in attracting and retaining top AI and engineering talent.
  3. Board Election and Corporate Governance Charter Amendments: Vote to elect three Class III directors and approve amendments to certain corporate governance charters.

As a shareholder, how to participate in voting?

Today (September 26), we will email detailed voting guidelines to all eligible shareholders who held Tesla stock before the record date (September 15, 2025).

  • Voting Options: You can vote "For," "Against," or "Follow Board Voting Recommendations" for each proposal, which is equivalent to delegating Longbridge Securities to vote on your behalf.
  • Important Note: To protect your shareholder rights, please complete your vote by October 30, 2025.
  • Fee Details: Delegating Longbridge Securities to vote at the shareholders meeting will incur an administrative fee of 10 USD. If no response is received by the deadline, all proposals will default to the board's recommended voting plan, and no administrative fee will be charged.
