Rocket Lab was selected by Airbus to provide 200 high-efficiency space-grade solar panels for the expanded OneWeb low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite constellation of Eutelsat Group. This includes carbon composite panel substrates, solar cells, and photovoltaic components.
These solar panels will be manufactured at RKLB's 150,000-square-foot space solar production facility in New Mexico.
