Thoughts on JingTai's Shareholding:
$XTALPI(02228.HK)
In the past few days, XTALPI has been experiencing significant fluctuations, with a pullback of over 20% from its high. Of course, during this process, I have been increasing my position, mainly because from my perspective, I plan to hold a long-term position of over 3 million shares. This is a preliminary decision I made after spending a lot of time understanding this company.
Now, let me talk about my most important thoughts. I have two basic assumptions:
First, this stock is not a retail favorite; the real retail favorite is Xiaomi, and not many retail investors are paying attention to this stock.
Second, regarding the Hong Kong Stock Connect, with tens of millions of shares being added daily, where is this capital coming from? What is their approximate holding cost range? What are their goals?
I believe that those with preliminary logical abilities can find some clues from this. Of course, to enhance my confidence in long-term investment and my understanding of the alpha of this stock, I am continuously enhancing my information acquisition about this company. I am maintaining ongoing communication with the management and seeking more understanding of the company through other channels. In fact, yesterday, I even sent a contract request to XTALPI through my friend:

Investment is a game of information asymmetry, so the first task for participants is to continuously acquire information and analyze it with the most powerful CPU in the universe on their necks, rather than following the crowd. One must have strong confidence to overcome short-term noise and find the path to victory! This is difficult, but it is worth our modern people to continuously practice.
The asset allocation returns of the middle class will increasingly become the most important component of family wealth, which is an undeniable fact. If you do not play this game well, you will inevitably be left behind and harvested. There is no 100% successful path, but there is a 100% successful methodology.
Let’s encourage each other!
