天眼查 App 显示，涉事的简单好教育科技有限公司成立于 2020 年 6 月，法定代表人为刘盛振，注册资本 5000 万人民币，经营范围包括教育咨询服务、人力资源服务外包、自费出国留学中介服务等，由刘盛振、黄祖涛、黄亮生等共同持股。对外投资信息显示，该公司投资的 3 家公司均已注销。天眼风险信息显示，近日，该公司新增一则注销备案公告，注销原因为决议解散。
