近期公司股价上涨主要受政策面及中国资产的整体带动，在 926 会议之后市场预期有明显的改善。而在此期间，公司股价的上涨表现相对好于整体市场。海豚君认为主要是：
1）估值较低：在本轮上涨之前，公司港股整体 PB 相对较低，处于破净状态的半导体公司；
2）业绩保障：公司经营面从三季度开始改善，收入和毛利率都将明显提升；
3）后续政策预期：市场预期后续政策仍将围绕 “高质量发展”，继续支持半导体科技产业的发展。
综合三方面的影响下，中芯国际在近期有较好的超额表现。而对于公司，在经历本轮上涨后，后续将主要关注于政策出台及公司业绩能否超预期的情况。
