港股研究社讯，天眼查 App 显示，近日，车和家汽车销售服务（江门）有限公司成立，法定代表人为聂茂林，注册资本 100 万人民币，经营范围含汽车销售、汽车零配件零售、汽车装饰用品销售、摩托车及零部件研发、汽车零部件研发、二手车经纪、互联网销售等。股权全景穿透图显示，该公司由北京励鼎汽车销售有限公司全资持股，后者为理想汽车旗下 Leading Ideal HK Limited 全资子公司。
