工信部于 9 月 5 日发布《电动自行车用锂离子电池健康评估工作指引（征求意见稿）》，隐患锂电池可是电动自行车火灾高发的罪魁祸首。现在工信部提出要根据存量锂离子电池分布，合理建设电池健康评估网点，甚至街道办或居委会还能设临时性站点，方便咱老百姓就近评估。
这次明确了评估标准，像锂电池内阻大于 0.5 欧姆、最大输出电压超 60 伏、放电容量衰减率超 50%，就都存在健康隐患，不建议继续使用啦。
