在各种出海过程中，商品出口对于国内就业是有好处的。但是现在随着潜在的贸易争端和关税问题，出口企业都在外建立生产基地，对应就是中国的机械设备，工程装备出口的增长
所以一定程度上，可能会出现日本的情况，日本企业在全球利用自己的优势建立全球的生产网络，把国内制造转移到低成本的东南亚、南美和中亚的区域。这对国内的就业势必是个替代作用从中国企业的发展来看，这是个必然的防守措施，在国内的产能从成本和风险来看很大，随着海外的稳定，国内的生产能力肯定会下来的。当然国内打工人的出路是往全球走，类似于日韩那样的外派也是一条路国内的就业确实是有点挑战的
