不少观点认为，减半后，造币速度将放缓，市场上的新增供应量将减少。如果比特币的需求保持稳定，其价格将会飙升。但是，当前股市正处于动荡之中，在这种环境下，大型企业并不急于将资金投入比特币等风险资产。
地缘政治紧张局势仍在酝酿之中，美国通胀数据也并未表明近期会降息，这些都不利于持有风险资产。
根据历史，第二次减半后，比特币花了三个月上涨了 2.6%，到第五个月，行情已开始变得糟糕；第三次减半后，比特币在前三个月上涨了 21%。
