Taiwan AI server giant Wistron hit a historic 2nd quarter (Q2) revenue high of NT$895.4 billion (US$27.9B), up 62.4% year-on-year, fueled by a strong June of NT$321.8B, +53.9%, media report, adding Wistron confirmed AI server shipments will rise quarter-by-quarter through year-end.

While Nvidia GB300 (Blackwell Ultra)-based AI server shipments will anchor revenue in the 2nd half, early low-volume shipments of the next-gen Vera Rubin ones are set to debut this quarter (Q3).
