NVIDIA Return Rate$LINK REIT(00823.HK)has gone Ex-dividend yesterday (11 Jun). Recent price action has peaked above HKD40 before retracing back but since I'm planning to stay invested on them, it's immaterial to me.
I've just inspect "my" (LINK REIT) property again and is pleased to see that they have broken up a single large unit to five smaller units. This lowers the vacancy and tenant default risks.
