Dividend CollectorLInk Reits HK00823 sold Thomson Plaza for a good 23% profit (S$250mil). Likely to see the rest of their SG properties (Jurong Point & AMK Hub) put up for disposal as the new management sells off overseas properties to remain focus on core HK properties, new strategy. This is my opinion, as I see it unfolding..Not a buy or sell call.
