TSMC distributed its NT$6/share dividend, a total NT$155.60 billion (US$3.6B), for the 3rd quarter 2025 on Thursday (4/9) in Taiwan, with founder Morris Chang estimated to have pocketed NT$750 million and TSMC Chairman C.C.
