
The chairman of chip foundry Vanguard (VIS), an affiliate of TSMC, said demand for semiconductors will see explosive growth in 2026 and continue to lead the global technology industry as the AI data center boom continues for years to come, media report, adding demand for mature process chips like VIS makes will remain equally strong.
