Longbridge does not acknowledge my stock transfer, causing my 10,000 shares to disappear.

On May 16 this year, I transferred my stocks from Interactive Brokers to Longbridge. It has been almost three months now, and Longbridge still hasn't received my stocks. I checked with Interactive Brokers, and they showed the settlement was completed. I also emailed Interactive Brokers, and they said Longbridge Singapore did not claim my stocks, and no one responded to Interactive Brokers.

I want to ask, where are my stocks now? They are not in my Interactive Brokers account, nor in my Longbridge account. Where did the stocks go? When I asked Interactive Brokers, they told me to ask Longbridge. When I asked Longbridge, they said Interactive Brokers didn't transfer the stocks. But Interactive Brokers clearly showed the settlement was completed.

I really can't believe that two world-renowned securities firms could lose my 10,000 yuan worth of stocks. It's so unprofessional! Very disappointing.
