Growth in China Imports of Front-End Equipment has leveled off. But we have yet to see a dramatic decrease in imports for key Litho, Etch and even Deposition tools.
One area things are starting to slow is Ion Implanters.This is telling because the other front end tools are being imported more for bleeding edge nodes, while the implanters were being imported to build mature node capacity expansions.The implication here is that leading edge expansions have yet to decrease, albeit they have stopped growing.
