On Wednesday, Meta announced at its developer conference that Meta's AI assistant will be available on social platforms such as WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. Meta has also introduced up to 28 personalized chatbot characters for this purpose.

These characters include real people (such as model Kendall Jenner, American social media pioneer Paris Hilton, and football player Tom Brady) as well as fictional characters created by Meta, such as Snoopy, robots, and aliens.

According to Meta, these celebrities will provide voice samples for the characters and engage in conversations with users as AI robots with completely new roles. For fans, being able to have a conversation with their idols may be a wonderful experience, but for most users, these features may only give them a sense of novelty.

However, regardless of the case, new attempts in social media have already begun, and with the support of AI, social networks may undergo new changes.
