Among popular Chinese stocks, NetEase initially closed down 6.6%, Tencent fell 6%, XPeng, Bilibili, Beike, and Kingsoft Cloud each dropped more than 3%, Trip.com Group declined 2.5%, Alibaba fell 1.4%, while H World, VNET, and Daqo New Energy each rose at least 1%.
Among ETFs, KWEB fell 2.2% and CQQQ dropped 1.7%.</p>
