US Market Open: Nasdaq Falls 2.4%, Philadelphia Semiconductor Index Drops Over 7%, Micron Tech Slides About 11%, SpaceX Market Cap Falls Below $2 Trillion

The Nasdaq fell 2.4%, the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 0.5%, and the S&P 500 declined 1.5%. The Nasdaq 100 Index dropped 3.3%.

Semiconductor stocks plummeted, with Intel falling about 8%, ASML dropping about 7%, and AMD declining about 8%.

SpaceX fell about 3%, with its market cap dropping below $2 trillion.

Chinese concept stocks generally declined, with XPENG-W down about 5%, JD.com down about 2%, Alibaba down about 2%, and Bilibili down about 4%.
