The U.S. Department of Justice has requested a federal judge to reconsider the decision to revoke the subpoena against Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell.
The motion was submitted on Monday.
Federal prosecutors argued to U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg that the court "applied the wrong legal standard, had factual inaccuracies in certain respects, and overlooked other relevant facts." (Fox News)
