CN ENGY STORAGE (01143.HK) announced that its original major shareholder Chen Dezhu (seller) sold a 23.1% stake to Fame Castle, involving 51.76 million shares. Upon completion, Fame Castle will become the company's major shareholder, holding 23.6%; the seller will no longer hold any shares in the company
