Elon Musk retweeted and commented on Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg's efforts to poach talent from OpenAI: "Many excellent Meta engineers have already joined or are joining xAI without the need to offer exorbitant initial salaries (the compensation is still generous but not unsustainably high). In addition, xAI's growth potential is far greater than that of Meta. At the same time, we adhere to a high-performance-oriented principle: as long as you make outstanding contributions, your compensation can be significantly increased."
