According to the Xiamen Technical Trade Measures Information Network, on November 28th, the Canadian Ministry of Health announced a recall of plush toys made in China. The recalled products are plush bears. The product codes are PSL163B and PSL363B, which can be found on the hangtag. The plush bear is black, with a red sweater and a red/white striped hat, and the sweater has the words "Vancouver" or "Canada" on it. After sampling, the Canadian Ministry of Health determined that the products do not comply with the toy regulations under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act, as the hard plastic eyes of the toys may detach, posing a choking hazard to young children. The recalled products were sold in Canada from January to November 2024, with approximately 180 units sold
