Xiaomi Corporation-W announced that, according to the 2023 share plan, it will grant 49.5937 million reward shares to 2,425 participants on November 20, 2024. At the same time, Xiaomi Hong Kong will grant 510 million stock options to 2,951 employees under the 2024 share plan. The grant price for the reward shares is HKD 28 per share, and the exercise price for the stock options is USD 0.1 per share
According to the announcement from Xiaomi Corporation-W (01810), the company will grant a total of 49.5937 million reward shares to 2,425 selected participants, including group employees and service providers, on November 20, 2024, under the 2023 Share Plan. On the same day, Xiaomi Hong Kong will grant a total of 510 million Xiaomi Hong Kong stock options to 2,951 selected participants who are employees of Xiaomi Hong Kong Group under the 2024 Xiaomi Hong Kong Share Plan.
The reward shares have a closing price of HKD 28 per share on the grant date. The exercise price of the Xiaomi Hong Kong stock options allows the holder to subscribe for one share of Xiaomi Hong Kong stock at an exercise price of USD 0.1 per share when exercising the stock options
